All UNDC orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
Ghana
- Accra: 1–2 business days
- Outside Accra: 2–5 business days
International
- West Africa: 3–7 business days
- Other destinations: 5–14 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
For pre-order, made-to-order, or custom-sized pieces, fulfillment timelines may vary. Any adjusted lead time will be stated on the product page or communicated directly before dispatch.

For international orders, customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
